Huadong Offroad event 2011 the fouth of the annual northern championship of Thailand was hosted by Huadong municipal district and Khonpa 4x4 club from June11-12 , 2011 at Tumbon Huadong , Lablae district , Utharadit city which about 630 k.m. from Bangkok. The main aim of the competition was to promote tourism and durian fruit Lin and Long festival and the other main of the competition was for sending the northern offroaders to competition in national and international level.And for develop, technic and skill in 4x4 using.
The competitiors could register for the event in 5 categorizes: Newcomers local open , Newcomers open , Vehicles with leaf springs , Open A and Open B. About 30 teams from all northern part of Thailand and some teams from eastern , west and central took part such as Usahai west coast Robust Happy ,Chariya Sahai 4x4 West coast Robust , Yoddoi Fang , Yoddoi Chiengmai , Aek 4x4 Doicome , Kang ho Nan Banan team Tawan , Rai Issara 4x4 Sukothai , Banana roemlit construction, Mud company Lumpang 4x4, MaewangOffroad Lumpang , Club Bin Chiengmai , Bem Kan Chung Yod Doi Chiengmai , Chiengmai Lets Go hi-winch , Unicorn Profender Hotbits ,Narasuan song Kwai Mobile , Heng Service, Thana Offroad , Utharadit and Khonpa 4x4.
The competition rules were still an interesting mix of Thailand championship rules of northern clubs. All officials and marshals came from Songkwai Phisanulok 4x4 club and students Weera Maneenok was manager competition, Priwan Proekthaisong was time control , Suphat Maneenok and Pramet Theerasinsomboon was score control , Prayoon Ukrung and Radbin Neutron were commentators.
