Please be informed that ECEA is arranging the 8th ECEA Golf Tournament 2009. The venue is as follows :
Place : Ayutthaya Golf Club
Date : Saturday, October 31, 2009
Registration : 11:00 - 12:00
Lunch : 11:10 - 12:10
Tee off time : Shot gun starts at 12.30 pm
1. Invitation Joining the tournament
Fee - 18,000 Baht for 5 golfers per team or
- 15,000 Baht for 4 golfers per team.
This register fee is included green fee, caddy fee, lunch, dinner, door gift, trophy and lucky draws.
Scoring : Scramble Play
A brief rule of scramble play : Everyone in your team (let's say 5 players) tee-off, choose the best ball location among the 5 balls for the second shot. Take the other 4 balls to place, not drop, at the selected location to go for every players' second shot. So, everyone play at same location. Do the same for the third shot till holed. Therefore, each team will have only one score card which is the Team Score Card.
Flight Team Handicap (use 36-system to determine your team handicap)
A-flight 0
B-flight 1-9
C-flight 10-18
Prize & Award :
- Trophies for the winner of A, B and C flights - net score
- Trophies for the 1st runner-up of A, B and C flights - net score
- Trophies for the 2nd runner-up of A and B flights.
- Closet to the pin prizes for everyone in the team.
- Longest drive prizes for everyone in the team.
- 2 Prizes of hole in one : each prize = gifts value 50,000 Baht for the one who made the hole in one.
2. Invitation Joining Sponsorship (Please kindly coordinate to invite your suppliers to join the sponsorship)
2.1 Gold Sponsor 50,000 Baht
- Free 1 team
- Company name will be displayed on all trophies
- 2 Banners (2.0x3.5 M) will be displayed on course
- One banner will be displayed on registration point and back drop at dinner party
2.2 Silver Sponsor 30,000 Baht
- Company name will be displayed on all trophies
- 2 Banners (2.0X3.5 M) will be displayed on course
- One banner will be displayed on registration point and back drop at dinner party
