Sorry I must write in English.
I have a Mitsubishi Jeep in Bangkok. It is around 40 years old.

It is in good condition.

But...
The steering is very loose. It makes driving very difficult, and quite dangerous.
I have read a lot about this.

It is a common problem. But not so easy to find the problem.

I have taken to two different classic car garages.
But they have not helped the problem.

I have a few options:

1. Repair the steering.

2. Replace the steering box with Saginaw box.

3. Replace with power steering.

But, I must find a technician in Bangkok who understands this.

Hi Paul,Welcome to TMVC .I had M606 once and with the same problem , I tried to tighten screws at both ends of drag link and it worked!!! Now I'm driving GPW. Good luck!

i can help you above your broblem
1 mod to power steering
2 check caster angle
like dhis enything for you.i like to chek first after than i will told you above problem from your jeep
i can do for you.my shop at donmaung airport bangkok.
