How r u ? Where do you stay @amata IE ? What going on with your new job ? I tried contact you via e-mail crodpol@triumphgruop.com but can not reached than pls check that full mail box.

The plasma spray issue that I’ll check with my friend while he just leaved from LG / Eastern sea board plant to Singapore plant. Let me check his e-mail and follow up with him via e-mail.

Process Plasma is the term used to describe gas which has been raised to such a high temperature that it ionises and becomes electrically conductive. In the case of Plasma spraying, the plasma is created by an electric arc burning within the nozzle of a plasma gun and the arc gas is formed into a plasma jet as it emerges from the nozzle. Powder particles are injected into this jet where they soften and then strike the surface at high velocity to produce a strongly adherent coating. The work piece remains cool because the plasma is localised at the gun.

       ขอบคุณครับพี่ Loft และทุกท่าน
ตอนนี้สรุปได้แล้วว่า actual value control low responding เกิดจาก parameter program ที่ปรับแต่งไปเกินกว่า PID control ที่ recomment จาก MFG มากเกิน จะต้องกับไปเริ่มค่า default ใหม่ และ re-calibration controller ใหม่ สรุปต้องจ่ายเงิน 190,000 บาทเพื่อให้ Tech. Service ที่ สิงค์โปร์นั้งเครื่องบินมาทำให้ ครับ

       ไม่ค่อยรู้เท่าไรหลอกครับ....ที่ทำงานใช้เพียงแค่ RF Plasma ในขบวนการทำ Mech & chem Bombard เพื่อผลิต semicon ครับ
